The objective is to find the perimeter of triangle PAB.(We know AB = 10)

We need the lengths of PB and PA.

1) find length of CB (you know coordinates)

2) Use Pythagoras on triangle PCB (CB = 3 a radius) to find length of PB.(it's 15)

For the length of AB, we'll use the cosine law on triangle PAB.

3) Drop the perpendicular CQ from C to the x-axis making right triangle CBQ

4) Use tangent function in the 2 right triangles to find angles PBC and CBQ(both = 11.31°)

5) Now you know angle PBA (= 22.62°) so you can find PA. (6.93)

And you have all 3 sides of the triangle. Answer should be 31.9 metres.
